On December 21, the Trade and Investment Promotion Center - Vietnam Cooperative Alliance (ITPC-VCA) and Grab Vietnam signed a cooperation agreement to deploy an online store on GrabMart. Cooperation to promote digital transformation for cooperatives, agricultural production and business households, as well as increase consumption of agricultural products during the 2023 Lunar New Year to consumers in Hanoi.
Accordingly, ITPC-VCA's online store on GrabMart is expected to sell regional specialties such as Dien pomelo, Tien Giang crockery, Cao Bang dried bamboo shoots, Dien Bien vermicelli, kitchen buffalo meat, kitchen hog, etc. Moc Chau dried mango and traditional five-fruit trays. During this period, users will receive a discount of 17,000 VND in delivery fee when making a purchase.

In the long term, the two sides cooperate in implementing key activities such as supporting agricultural producers to register for sale, operate and consume agricultural products on the Grab platform. ITPC-VCA will introduce and update quality agricultural producers participating in the booth on the technology market. In addition, Grab will support the process of opening an online store, guide agricultural producers to register to participate and put their products on sale on GrabMart, and advise on how to manage and operate orders. through a technology platform, enhancing the digital skills of agricultural producers.

On the side of Grab Vietnam, Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hanh, Deputy CEO shared, cooperates with ITPC-VCA to bring quality agricultural products to users nationwide, thereby creating more income opportunities. for driver partners, especially during the upcoming Lunar New Year. This cooperation activity is within the framework of a four-way memorandum of understanding signed between the Department of Agricultural Products Processing and Market Development (Agrotrade), the Department of Enterprise Development (AED), ITPC and Grab Vietnam. in June 2021, and a memorandum of understanding with ITPC-VCA signed in June.
With the goal of supporting digital transformation and connecting consumption in the agricultural sector, in 2022, Grab and its partners have implemented many digital skills training and digital transformation support programs for more than 800 partnerships. agricultural communes in some provinces and cities. Especially, with the campaign "Summer Fruit Festival 2022" on GrabMart, Grab has supported the consumption of more than 100 tons of specialty fruits.
