"Vietnam's dragon fruit, mango and jackfruit not only increase in quantity but also improve in quality. We want these products to be exported to the Argentine market more," said Mr. Thanh, adding that food and furniture fine art ... is also a strength that Vietnam wants to access more in this market.

Earlier, on November 14, during a reception with a delegation from Argentina, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh asked Argentina's localities to create conditions for importing high-quality Vietnamese products such as rice, coffee, and cocoa. rubber, textiles, cashews, machinery, fruits, electronic equipment... The goal is to build a sustainable and beneficial trade balance between the two sides.

In order to promote trade between the two countries, Argentine Ambassador to Vietnam - Mr. Luis Pablo María Beltramino - affirmed that he would accompany businesses to explore the market and plan trade exchange programs between businesses. two countries.

According to Mr. Luis Pablo María Beltramino, in the last 10 years, Argentina recorded a growth of 600% in exports to Vietnam. Products that this country exports to Vietnam such as nutrients for animal feed, pellets and powder form of soybeans, beans, cotton wool, furniture, leather, milk. Especially nearly a month ago, Argentine lemons arrived and sold in Vietnam.

In this promotion, there are about 100 businesses of the two sides participating in the connection. These are enterprises in the agricultural sector, specializing in poultry meat, beef, producers of butter, cheese, milk powder...

In the first 10 months of this year, Vietnam's export turnover to Argentina reached more than 756 million USD, up 8.2% over the same period in 2021, while imports reached 3.44 billion USD, up 12%.
