In Long An, currently in the last days of the season, dragon fruits are mainly Type 3, Type 4, good quality products are rare, dragon fruits are mostly fruitless and have bad skin.

The selling price in export  market has not shown any signs of increasing, the quantity of goods coming to the market is high, dragon fruit cannot be sold at a good price. Shippers lost a lot.

Type 1, Type 2: about 10%

Type 3, Type 4: about 90%

Current average prices are as follows:

Type 1: 20,000 VND/kg

Type 2: 15,000 VND/kg

Type 3: 10,000 VND/kg

Small fruit: 5,000 VND/kg

Type 4: 6000-7000 VND/kg

Gardeners produce dragon fruit in quantity, but the average selling price is not high because the products are mainly bad fruits and not of good quality.

In the coming days, we hope that the export market  and Vietnam will have good changes, prices will be stable so that gardeners, traders, and companies can feel secure and excited about production and export.
